(Seoul, Korea) Polytex Plastics now has installed below additional test machines in-house to serve its customers with more timely measurement.
These test machines are custom designed and built by Polytex Plastics engineers.

1. “Light Shading” percentage rate tests of knitted/woven shade cloth or shade nets :

1) Measurement range : 10% ~ 95% of light shading by stable light source
2) Test method : Relavent to ISO, ASTM and AS
3) Test technician : Company staff
4) Test leadtime : 1~2 hours with A4 size sample

2. “Wind Breaking” percentage rate tests of knitted wind break, scaffolding nets and debris net :

1) Measurement range : 10% ~ 95% of wind pass through rate in wind tunnel
2) Test method : Relavent to ISO, ASTM and AS
3) Test technician : Company staff
4) Test leadtime : 1~2 hours with A4 size sample

With these new test equipments, Polytex Plastics performs tests of each lots and samples without delay and is able to readily provide the necessary test data.
